Article 5 (Use of Membership Card)

Article 6 (Awarding Points)

Article 7 (Suspension of Service)
The Company may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases.
(1) When it becomes difficult to maintain and operate the service due to fire, power failure, sabotage by a third party, etc.
(2) When periodic or emergency maintenance of the system for service provision is required.

Article 8 (Changes to Registered Matters, etc.)
If there is a change in the matters registered with the Company, the member shall carry out the change procedure on the member-only website, and if the change procedure is not carried out, the member may not be able to use the benefits of Article 6 in advance. I accept.
Article 9 (Loss or theft of membership card)

Article 10 (Loss of Membership)

Article 11 (Withdrawal)
Members can withdraw from membership at any time by following the prescribed procedures.
Article 12 (Personal Information Protection)

Article 13 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages suffered by members in relation to member services. Even if the Company is liable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations regardless of this provision, the Company shall be liable for damages up to the amount equivalent to the value of the point balance granted to the member.
Article 14 (Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction)
(1) The governing law regarding member services shall be Japanese law.
(2) Any and all disputes arising out of or related to member services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance, depending on the value of the litigation.
Article 15 (Changes to Terms and Services)
(1) The Company reserves the right, at its own discretion, to change these Terms and Membership Services without prior notice.
