Article 5 (Use of Membership Card)

Article 7 (Suspension of Service)

Article 8 (Changes to Registered Matters, etc.)

Article 9 (Loss or theft of membership card)

Article 11 (Withdrawal)

Article 13 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages suffered by members in relation to member services. Even if the Company is liable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations regardless of this provision, the Company shall be liable for damages up to the amount equivalent to the value of the point balance granted to the member.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction)
(1) The governing law regarding member services shall be Japanese law.
(2) Any and all disputes arising out of or related to member services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance, depending on the value of the litigation.

Article 15 (Changes to Terms and Services)
(1) The Company reserves the right, at its own discretion, to change these Terms and Membership Services without prior notice.
